Linking maths with narrative!
Ms Krisenthal showed us a graph that showed the movements of an elevator over 6 minutes. We discussed the movements of the elevator, the time that it took to move to floors and how long it stayed on certain floors.
We then split up into groups and wrote a narrative about the movements of the elevator.
Since we’re all such stars, we decided that we wanted to film our stories and publish them on our blog.
We hope you enjoy them-you may need to turn up your volume!
P.S. Sorry about the camera work on some of the videos, we think that maybe a bunyip attacked the film crew!

Hello S3K,
Trying to figure out what the graph meant in the first place was a bit tricky but we found the answer eventually. What I liked the most was writing the narrative about the life of an elevator which was actually 6 minutes. Originaly I was in a group with Alfonsina and we wrote the story thgether but on the day of filming she was away so I did the story with 2 other people. Its sad that all of our stories could not be put up. Then again it’s for the best. Sometimes you just have to take it 1 step at a time. I hope that we could do something like that again another time! All the other stories were great!!

That was a awesome video about the ELEVATOR!!!
I liked all of the videos they all made sense and
all of them were super the way they were read out.
The best part to me was the charecters I think
everyone thought hard about who they wanted as
their character!!!

Great videos everyone they were really good.
Im not sure it was a bunyip that attacked the camera crew I think it was something bigger.
